Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Renewal stops, while delivery remains available through the current paid period.
Refund scope
Except where required by law or for duplicate or erroneous charges, a started subscription period is generally not refunded on a prorated basis. Use the support channel on your payment receipt for billing errors.
